We had a few complicating issues with a Home Warranty company in getting a new cook top installed. I was referred to Concierge Services and they were great. Scheduling took a bit of time but the final installation was well done and the service very responsive. The Home warranty company reimbursed most of the cost of the install so they were cost effective too.
I have been looking all over town for a company to install a ducted hood vent through our attic to the outside. After many calls I was referred to Concierge Group. They were amazing! From my initial phone call, to the team that came out. Tom was awesome! They looked at the kitchen and the property and decided a plan. They even took my cabinet down for me, so I could demo the wall and put the new title up. They are extreme professional and personable. I have been bragging on them to everyone I know and recommending their company and services! Can't wait for my install!!!
A huge thank you for giving me actual advice and not trying to convince me that my appliance needs new parts etc.. when it was just a minor malfunction. Polite and friendly service... highly recommend.
Finally my freezer works again. I should have called them first. Mike diagnosed it, ordered parts and repaired it; the previous company told me that I need to buy a new one since he can’t fix it.
